On the day of Iloilo Paraw Regatta Festival, the beach on Villa Arevalo isn't for swimming anymore, but instead, it's for sailboats to display their artistically designed sails. We can't forget the other festivities though, there are more activities for this festival. For example, the Pintawo Contest.

The body as a canvass, the artists portray their story through their brush and model.

After the race, the sailboats will line up to showcase their sails for the people to see. Each with it's own uniqueness and spread of colors, the sails were judged, and as spectators, we can also pick our favorite.

I know that I said that this time isn't for swimming, but well... there's an exemption though.
